Codes, live offers and broker notes are in the open channels. For anything about your account, message the desk inside the server.
For anything you would rather put in writing — rebate confirmations, account questions, or reporting an impersonator.
Verification
How to know it’s really us.
- We never message you first. An unsolicited DM “from Forexheights” is an impersonator, every time.
- We never take deposits or transfers. Money moves only through your broker’s own cashier — never to us, never to a person, never to a wallet address.
- We never ask for credentials. No passwords, no investor passwords, no 2FA codes, by any channel, ever.
- We never offer to trade or manage your account, and we never send signals or promise returns.
Check the user ID, not the name
Display names and avatars take a minute to copy; a Discord user ID cannot be faked. In Discord: Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode on, then right-click the profile and Copy User ID. Compare it against the official desk ID pinned in our server’s #verification channel. If it does not match, it is not us — screenshot it and email support@forexheights.com.
We publish from the domains and accounts listed on this page, and nowhere else.
